  • We will where advisable undertake a pilot program with agreed pre and post measurements in order to ensure we are of genuine value to you.
  • With regard to conference presentations and other short-term engagements, we will undertake sufficient research to ensure that our program is relevant, targeted, applicable to and highly usable by the organisation.
