PROGRAM METHODOLOGY

The B.E.S.T. Change Management System can be conducted as a stand-alone intensive one day workshop, or as a customised component of the B.E.S.T. Leadership Development Program which would be held over 2-3 days.

The program is aimed at senior level management, with tools provided for cascading change management strategies throughout the organisation.

The work level is demanding and intensive, requiring full energy and involvement. The ground rules and guidelines, however, provide a safe environment for open participation with confidentiality and respect a continuing requirement.

The program is facilitated by Progress’ principal, Catherine Palin-Brinkworth MAppSci, with a total of more than 25 years’ experience in senior management roles involving significant change implementation and as a business consultant and professional presenter internationally.
